wk77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the wk77 website accessible at wk77.asia, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and age verification process required before a Player may deposit, withdraw, or access full Platform functionality.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means geographic territories from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of wk77, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, and third-party payment system outages.

To register an Account on wk77 and access its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines, or in another jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as updated by wk77 from time to time.
• You do not already hold an active Account on the Platform. wk77 permits only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by wk77 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of wk77 or any associated affiliate, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.

Registration requires the submission of a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, your full legal name, date of birth, and such other information as wk77 may reasonably request. All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and kept current. wk77 reserves the right to reject any application for registration without providing reasons.

wk77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or access to the full game library. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a regulatory requirement and is non-optional.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, unobstructed copies or photographs of:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine Passport, Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card (UMID), Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or PhilSys National ID.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted identification document.
• In certain cases, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the registered GCash or Maya account showing the account holder's name) may be requested.

wk77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Player's engagement with the Platform, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account suspension.

As a condition of using the Platform, each Player agrees to the following obligations and warrants that they shall comply with them throughout the duration of their Account:

• To provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• To keep Account login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access.
• To notify wk77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of the Account.
• To use the Platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of the Philippines.
• To accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not such activity was authorised.
• To use only payment methods that are registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• To comply with any applicable limits — including deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits — whether self-imposed or applied by wk77.
• Not to engage in any activity that constitutes cheating, collusion, fraud, or money laundering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to use the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with legitimate human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or mathematical loopholes in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting across promotions, or systematically placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Engaging in money laundering, including the use of the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning an Account or Account balance to another person.

All financial transactions on wk77 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). wk77 does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions conducted in Philippine Pesos through Philippine-issued payment methods.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the wk77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• wk77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks — including requesting updated documentation — before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• In circumstances where a withdrawal is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, processing may be suspended for up to thirty (30) calendar days while the investigation is conducted.
• wk77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside wk77's control.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in an Account that has been inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

wk77 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion announcement:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotion's terms.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least twenty-five (25) times before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) compared to slots (commonly 100%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another Account or player.
• wk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retrospectively where evidence of abuse is established.
• wk77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.

wk77 is committed to operating a fair, transparent, and independently verifiable gaming environment. The following principles govern all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Certified RNG: All slot games available on wk77 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for randomness and unpredictability. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are published in the game information panel and represent the theoretical long-run payout rate.
• Live Dealer Integrity: All live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger — use real physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by human dealers in live studio environments. wk77 does not use pre-recorded footage or RNG simulation for any game presented as a live dealer game.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, or connectivity error that prevents a game from completing normally, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player. Payouts for rounds affected by malfunctions are not guaranteed. The decision of wk77's technical operations team regarding the outcome of a malfunction is final.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a Player's internet disconnection during an active game round, the game will typically resolve according to its normal logic (e.g., the slot will complete its spin; the live dealer hand will complete). wk77 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connectivity issues.
• Bets Once Placed: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed by the Player, except in circumstances where a specific game feature or promotion explicitly permits such reversal.

wk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. All Players are encouraged to view gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wk77 Account holders and can be accessed at any time through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Cool-Down Period: Players may request a temporary gaming break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawal but gaming is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a maximum of 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is blocked from all gaming activity and all marketing communications are suppressed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

All responsible gaming tool changes are processed immediately and are binding. wk77 takes no responsibility for gaming activity conducted prior to the activation of a responsible gaming tool, but will act promptly on any request received.

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the Platform — including but not limited to the wk77 name, logo, design, software, code, databases, game interfaces, graphical elements, and written content — are owned by or licensed to wk77. Nothing in these Terms confers on any Player any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of wk77.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute both a breach of these Terms and an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wk77's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their wk77 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, wk77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or emotional distress.
• Losses arising from the Player's own connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility.
• Losses resulting from Force Majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to the Player's Account where such access was facilitated by the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part of it.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wk77 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any aspect of the Platform.

wk77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to withhold or forfeit Account balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited uses described in Section 5.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or involvement in criminal activity, pending investigation by wk77 or competent authorities.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Request by the Player under wk77's self-exclusion programme.

Where a Player's Account is terminated for a material breach of these Terms, any Account balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from abuse of the Platform may be voided. Real-money deposits not associated with fraudulent or abusive activity will be returned to the Player's payment method of record, less any applicable processing fees, following the completion of any investigation.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting wk77 customer support. Upon closing, any withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming transaction shall first be submitted to wk77's customer support team for informal resolution. wk77 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a written complaint submitted through the Platform's official support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), unless the parties mutually agree to another resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

The filing of a claim does not suspend the Player's obligation to comply with these Terms or entitle the Player to a suspension of any Account restriction imposed pursuant to Section 12.

wk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via: (a) a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of seven (7) days following the change; (b) a notification to the Player's registered mobile number or email address; or (c) both.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange the return of any withdrawable balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current, operative version. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to customer support.
